Club Night to move to Wednesday evening from 6th April

As from Wednesday 6th April, there will be a change of evening for club nights, and the normal Thursday club night will swap to Wednesday evenings. This will address the dwindling numbers attending the Thursday club nights, and will also give the club the option of freeing up more courts on a Thursday to enter more teams in the Summer League.

The Monday club night remains the same.

This arrangement will last until August, but if the membership agree that this arrangement has been successful, then there is the option to make Wednesday a permanent club night.

Club Tournament Finals Day & official opening of Clubhouse improvements

The club tournament finals day took place on Sunday 19th September. The afternoon started off with a bit of drizzle, but was bright sunshine after the first two or three sets. There was some great tennis on display, for full results see here. It was also the official opening of the improvements to the clubhouse (delayed due to COVID-19). Jayne from the Cheshire LTA attended, as the work was partly funded by a grant from them. Thanks to all those who volunteered with the work.
